Nadia Lescott

Nadia Lescott handles cases from inception to trial in the practice areas of civil rights, police abuse and misconduct, labor law, lead poisoning, toxic mold, and trip and falls for Ronemus & Vilensky.

Ms. Lescott began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where she moved through the ranks from prosecuting misdemeanors, presenting cases to the Grand Jury and ultimately to the Felony Trial Bureau where she successfully indicted and prosecuted dozens of misdemeanor and felony cases. Her extensive trial and prosecutorial experience has allowed her to effectively investigate, uncover, and litigate complex legal issues allowing our clients to recover substantial monetary awards.

Ms. Lescott graduated cum laude in 1999 from Middlebury College, in Middlebury, VT where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish. In January 2004, she graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, with a concentration in Litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution. Ms. Lescott was also the Managing Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law.

Ms. Lescott was admitted in 2004 to practice in New York State Courts and later to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She holds memberships in the New York State Trial Laweyers Association, The New York Women’s Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Bronx County Bar Association.
