She is currently working on an appeal in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals through which she is attempting to expand the rights of babies injured by negligence at Federally owned hospitals or clinics to seek compensation for injuries. Ms. Podolsky graduated Magna cum Laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City and earned her J.D. from Pace University in 2009. During law school she gained extensive experience working full time as a law clerk for several plaintiff’s personal injury firms. She is admitted to practice in New York State, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York and holds membership with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
