Martin Wolfson

Martin A. Wolfson is dedicated to helping our clients receive top compensation for their injuries due to the negligence of others. Practicing for more than 7 years, Mr. Wolfson performs all aspects of the pre-trial litigation process, assuring that clients’ cases move quickly and efficiently through the Court system. He handles motor vehicle, construction accidents, trip and fall, and medical malpractice cases, helping Ronemus & Vilensky produce banner results for clients.

Mr. Wolfson is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his law degree at the Benjamin A. Cardozo School of Law in 1996, becoming a member of the New York State Bar that same year. Mr. Wolfson worked at Wachovia Securities for several years, before returning to the law, where he has been an advocate for injured people his entire legal career.

In particular, Mr. Wolfson’s writing skills have resulted in winning summary judgment motions in several cases. This means that the judge decides that the other party is responsible based solely on written presentations. Then the only issue for the jury becomes the value of the case. Mr. Wolfson has won praise from various judges for these victories.
